Marks Of Spiritual Leadership

Paul had a special and loving relationship with the believers at Thessalonica.  They had followed his example and became a good example of their own, 1:6-7.  But, Paul knew that they needed good spiritual leadership as do we all.  Paul led these Christians by showing them the importance of serving Jesus Christ even when things are hard.  Paul also said that a spiritual leader will want to please Him who saved us more than anyone.  They will do it by serving and nurturing the saints.  Finally a spiritual leader will lead by being a holy example to those that are watching and learning.
