True believers will exhibit “signs of life.” What are signs of life? What is the type of behavior that would typically be found in a true follower of Christ?
Join us as we look at John 10:22-31 and Matthew 19:16-22 and explore the scripture to see what are signs of regeneration in a person’s life.
Can a true follower of Christ ever fall away or turn away? Not according to the bible: Our Ability to Keep From Falling is not based upon our own strength, but based upon God’s. Scripture references include Jude 24, 2 Corinthians 3:5, 1 John 1:8-10; Philippians 3:12-14; Romans 7:24, John 6:37; John 10:27-29, Hebrews 7:25, John 3:16, 1 John 4:10 and Ephesians 1:13-14

The final chapter of Ephesians will no doubt be just as edifying as the first 5. to keep in mind the current context. In chapter 6, we are still discussing being Spirit-filled! Commands like Servants/Slaves be Obedient to your earthly Masters, are impossible without the power of God.
Ephesians 6:5-9
5 Slaves, be obedient to those who are your earthly masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of heart, as to Christ;
6 not in the way of eye-service, as men-pleasers, but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart,
7 rendering service with a good will as to the Lord and not to men,
8 knowing that whatever good any one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is a slave or free.
9 Masters, do the same to them, and forbear threatening, knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and that there is no partiality with him.
